দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি — কোথায় নিজেকে দেখতে চাই
Where I want to see myself: a peaceful life. Having a healthy body and good shape. Being rich & good fame. Being a skilled doctor. Being a business person with lots of ideas, start ups, companies. A skilled man in different skills. Making videos, contents, movies. Writing. Reading. Teaching people. Tours & travels country and far. Give a hospital, a farm, a supershop, a coffee shop, a library, a gym, a school in my hometown. And many many things. Being with family in my village, but obviously free, free from everything.
For this, what I need to focus:
Non-negotiable: Health, MBBS, Business, Skill, Poe
First priority is health. Build a good and healthy physic. Also be athletic. Do workout, maintain diet, sleep properly. Learn boxing, mma, other sports stuff. Mental health is also a priority. Do meditation, self talk, balance with family & friends.
Secondly, professionalism. Complete MBBS life with practical skill. Then try to do BCS. Go to village, work some days. Try to do post grad and degree on fav niche. Then start doctori & start up related to it.
Thirdly, business life. Try to do some business, make money, and be free. Then you can do what you've always cherished in your life. Also, try different ideas, innovation and so. If everything allright, in village make a farm you dreamt of, make a hospital, library, coffee shop, super shop, school and others stuff you've thought already.
Then comes skills. Try to learn as many things as possible. Mainly learn every necessary skill. Priority wise marketing&sales, ai&tech, editing&design. Learn everything of them. Like in marketing, also learn sales. So, learning skill is lifelong. Also learn other business & basic daily life skills.
Lastly, all about poe elements. Create contents, read books, write, watch movie, go to tours, play some sports, social activism, everything I dreamt as a boy. This is you.
Fresh & healthy food, fresh enough water.

Valo meye dekhe (pochondo, family, education, future plan hisheb kore) ekta meye ke pochondo kora, kichudin kotha bola, biye kora, happily songsar kora. No other distraction about girl, sexuality, emotion etc etc. And, no relationship before financial freedom, focus and discipline back.

Be aware but not attach.
No one is yours and you are noone. Yet, noone is friend & noone is your enemy. And, everyone is your friend & everyone is your enemy. That's a theory means walk with everyone, smiling, but never belief, not disbelief, never harm, and risk free help but not expect to get help.
Most important. No enemy, no competitor except me. So, work and calm.
Life is interesting and it must go on whatever. Try to be disciplined, determined, focused, everything will be easy. If doing mistakes, rebuild. Mainly, 'should I?' theory wise decision neya, kaj kora, vaba, kotha bola.

Life Plan

For all of these, overall current life plan: i. Health — workout, diet, sleep, body care, mental health ft meditation, family, friends.
a. Workout — 2 hr a day
- Chest: push up (main), incline push up, decline push up, wide push up
- Biceps: chin up (main), regular dumbell (main), dumbell curl, hammer curl, all in dumbell
- Triceps: close push up, diamond push up (main), bench dips (main)
- Back: pull up (main), superman hold, inverted row
- Shoulder: wall handstand push up (main), pike push up, dumbell row (main), reverse fly
- Core: standing crunch (main), plank (main), crunch, leg raise, russian twist
- Legs — Quadriceps: squat (main), lunge, bulgarian split squat, wall seat
- Legs — Calf: standing calf raise (main), single leg calf raise
- Legs — Hamstring & Glutes: glute bridge (main), mountain climbers (main), hip thrust, single leg deadlift, nordic curl
- Running in morning sunlight everyday
- At least maintain the flow, whatever the days are
- Progressive overload
- Rest well — no fatigue or burn out
- 3–4 sets each main workout
- 8–12 reps as I want to build muscle (hypertrophy). For strength upto 6 reps, for endurance 15+ reps
- Warm up & stretching before & after
- 10 mins of boxing practice everyday
b. Diet
- 3L+ water everyday
- After waking up, before running — chia seed water/tulsi water/ada water/lemon water/modhu water, 1 kola
- Breakfast, after running — 2 egg, chola/oats, nuts/seeds, tomato/peyara/gajor/sosha/lebu/fruit/khejur/vegetables, muri/bread/rice
- 3 hrs after — milk, kola, chira, nuts/seeds, chola/oats/soya, tomato/peyara/gajor/sosha/lebu/fruit/khejur/vegetables
- Lunch — rice, meat/fish, dal, vegetables
- Pre workout — whey protein/creatine/honey/lebu water, 1 banana
- Post workout — 2 egg, milk/yogard/milk products, chola/oats, nuts/seeds, tomato/peyara/gajor/sosha/lebu/fruit/khejur/vegetables
- Dinner — rice, meat/fish, dal, vegetables
Fasting: can be done on rest day if needed. Mustarbation & sex: can be done on rest day if needed. No porn.
c. Sleep
7 hr a day
d. Body care
Shampoo 2 to 3 times a week along with face and hair pack, other caring.
e. Meditation
Each day before and after sleep.
f. Family, friends
Maintain healthy relation.
ii. MBBS
Study 10 hr a day. 50-10: 50 mins work, 10 mins rest, walk, active recall.
iii. Business
2 hr a day. Work with ideas.
iv. Skill
2 hr a day — Marketing&Sales, Ai&Tech, Editing&Design + daily life skill. Give your best. Learn every bit of knowledge about these 3.
v. Poe
1 hr a day. More in off day. Reading. Writing. Making content. Watching movies. Tours. Sports.
Overall routine
Maintain the time splits — 7 hrs sleep, 10 hrs medstudy, 2 hrs workout, 2 hrs skill, 2 hrs business, 1 hr poetry. If any emergency, share each other's time. Try to maintain a fixed time schedule everyday. Try to maintain these things everyday: sleep before 11 and wake up before 6, running in morning sunlight, workout at the afternoon, poetry before bed, meantime medstudy, skill & business.
On exam/duty day, time can be given to medstudy. In college off day, medstudy time can be given to weekly bath task, poetry, skill & business. Sometimes a total break can be taken to enjoy whatever I wish like a tour, perhaps.

Phone without need: 10-10-10 mins morning, noon, night.
If something unappropriate happens, start it again. Follow 'should I?' theory mainly.

This routine, this plan, this target — nothing is fixed. Everything can be changed. There is no absolute matter in life. So, if I can't do my best, no worry. Just try. It's the perfect most routine, plan or target. If I can fulfill 50%, or even 30% of it in my life, that's a win for me.
